Using Word 2003
================
I have a document with a header (company logo), footer (address), and a side
bar on the left (employee list). All three are graphic images.
I want the header, footer and the sidebar on all pages and text to always
appear on the 2nd column for all pages. How do I do that?
I get the first page as expected (that is, header, footer, and the sidebar)
but when the text in 2nd column extends to multiple pages, it starts in
column 1 on the following page and I don't get the sidebar.
Appreciate any help to resolve this problem.
Thanks in advance!
