Repeat Headers

Hi, I have a form which prints all records in the referral table but every
second page has only the header on it. I have tried moving the header line
and the footer line but to no avail.

Does anyone know a fix for this.

It would be better to print a report rather than a form. In any case, I
expect you will find you are trying to print a larger area than can fit the
page you are using, but the second page includes something that doesn't
show. It could just be that the width is greater than the space between the
margins.

Consider saving the form as a report. You will have many more options for
such things as grouping and ordering records than with a form, which is
intended to allow users to work with the data in various ways rather than
for presenting data in a printed format.

Bruce, I am finding this out after I have created he forms, I am quite new
to forms. I have saved the Form as a Report and changed the print form
button to point to this report and it works fine with only one page printing.

Glad to hear it worked. Fortunately it is easy to save a form as a report
if the form is a good starting point for a report.
