Repeat section on each page on groupheader?

Hi I have this report where I
have a groupheader where I have
set the Repeat section to yes.
I have a line over and under some
textboxes that resides in the group
header. It all works fine but when
there is a pagebreak in the groupheader
the line that are under the textboxes
does not show on the next page.

Is there an explanation for this
or is it "by design" ie a bug.
