Repeat Subject Line in Message?

Hi - Is there a procedure in OL 2007 by which I could make the subject line
repeat itself as the first line in the body of the message? Thanks.

Type subject.
Control-A
Control-C
Tab
Control-V

Otherwise, if you want it to happen automatically, you'd be looking at either
writing code, paying someone to write code (http://www.rentacoder.com) or
finding a plug-in that does it (beats me if there is one already).
