Repeatable Fields

I have a 14 page document that is a form, the client info repeats on each
page, only treatment items change. I want to enter the name, phone #,
address, info etc on the first page and have the same info repeated without
retyping it 13 times. How do I do this?

Here's a step by step, though written for WinWord. I think it should

Hey Lt-

Another approach would be to set the form up as a template if it isn't
already. Insert Fill-In fields in the Header & Footer for the info to
be repeated. You could even create a table in the Header to organize
things & dress them up a little.

When a new doc is created based on the template, the User would be
prompted for the appropriate info. It would be inserted into the
correct spots in the doc and appear in the same respective locations on
each page, having been entered only once. Editing after-the-fact might
be a little more complex, but if that can be handled through a simple
macro.
