Ever since I installed Office XP, Outlook has crashed at
least once a day. Every time it crashes, it asks me if I
want to send a message to Microsoft Central. Sometimes I
do, sometimes I don't.
I just assumed that this was normal Outlook behavior, but
a various times people have suggested that actually,
Outlook shouldn't crash. I agree. They suggest that I
should reinstall the software, to which I reply... I HAVE
reinstalled the software numerous times, and have
run "Repair" utility numerous times. It's never made any
difference. It still crashes once a day or so.
Recently, I've developed more annoying problem in sending
and receiving e-mails with attachments... or even large e-
mails with embedded graphics... The messages reside in my
Outbox forever, until I delete them, during which time the
message will be sent out repeatedly... again-and-again,
but is never deleted from the Outbox.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks
