Repeatedly being asked for user name and password

I'm using Outlook 2007 and Vista Ultimate. From Outlook, I'm accessing my
premium hotmail account. I am repeatedly being asked to "enter your user
name and password for the following server." The email account is configured
per the FAQ at hotmail for Outlook. I'm not having any problems with POP
accounts through Outlook.

Suggestions?
