Repeating a form in Microsoft office

I have a form design, which I need to repeat on a daily basis, for printing.
Do I have to create the report every day, or can I update it daily as and
when i add more information?

If your form is based on a query, you can re-query every day, that is run
your query to pick up any new table information that has been added. If your
form is based on a table, anything that is added to the table should show up
on the form automatically.
