Repeating a Person's name in a formal letter

Hello,
I am working with a formal letter that my company is trying to send to many
of the clients. In the letter, the client's name appears more than once. I
want to be able to type the clients name in once and have it appear in all
the spaces where his/her name should appear. How would I do this? I would
really appreciate the help, thanks.

There are several ways to Repeat Data in a document, such StyleRef field,
Bookmarks, etc.
