repeating a table footer on subsequent pages

I have a long table that breaks over many pages. I have table headings that
reappear on each page. I also need to have a footer at the bottom of the
table as it appears on each page. Then each page would display

Table heading
table contents (cells)
Table footer

(page break)

Unfortunately, there is no way to automate that in Word like you can with
the Table Header.
