repeating Combo boxes

I have a combo box which repeats and has another combo box
populated based on its selection.

However the combo box in the second row populates data
based on the first combo boxes selection.
How can I fix??

If you have InfoPath SP1 take a look at information about the
master-detail control which is new to SP1.

Entering master detail in the Help task pane should get you to the
information.
