What about using a Master Detail for your 2nd view?
That way you can select the selling point you want and only the supporting
points for that selling point will show.
You can make a nice looking form by putting your Master table in a
scrollable region. That way, even when the table gets larger, the supporting
points are still on the same page.

I have a schema that has selling points and supporting points as
repeating groups. Each selling point shares a group of 10 supporting points.
I want to create a view where I can list just one of the selling points will
all of the supporting points so that I can priortize them but when I add the
elements for selling points it will bring in all selling points.
