Repeating email in forwarding

I have a problem relatig to forwarding in MS Outlook. Whenever an attachment
is forwarded it gets sent out 23 times to that person. Doesn't matter what
version of document (.doc/jpeg/.xls etc) nor does it matter who the
recipient is. The same PC has another user profile login and another Outlook
acount and that account works just fine.
