Repeating emails

My emails in Microsoft outlook are repeating themselves over and over again.
Sometimes they are repeated 3 or 4 times and even if I open them and read
them the next ime I log on they are coming through again. Any new ones are
added but they keep coming through again as well. I am on dial up and this
is very annoying. how do I fix this. My emails from the outbox are not
being sent.

Disable your AV integration (or firewall +) with Outlook - it is redundant,
unnecessary and will cause the exact problem you are seeing.

hey even am facing same problem, dont have any AntiVirus firewall etc , how
did you solve this ?

my mails are downloaded 80% and then starts from zero again...thus same
mails being downloaded multiple times....

plz help !

Try lengthening your send/receive interval and the server timeout value.
