Using Word 2004:

I have a table that spans many page. Is there a way to make the first
row of the table identifying the data in it copy over to the top of the
tables on each page?

Hi Mike-

If you click in the very top row of the table & take a look in the Table
menu you should see an active Heading Rows Repeat command. That should be
what you need.

Also, if you go to Table>Properties - Row there is a checkbox for that
purpose which can be used the same way.
