Repeating headings, Style, not Table...

I have a document that uses 5 levels of headings (Style). At the top of every
new page I would like to have an outline of all of the previous headings,
such as;

b. Sub-Sub Heading 2

c Sub-Sub Heading 3
Stuff

2. Sub Heading 2
Stuff
..

A. Heading 1
2. Sub Heading 2
..
..

I have looked all around and haven't found a way of doing this. I looked at
putting headings in headers and footers, but as soon as you change the
section and turn off "same as previous" it resets everything back to Heading
1. I am currently using Office 2000 but have Office 2003 available, if needed.

BTW I need it to look reasonable in my TOC, which is why I am using Headings
in the first place.

Since Word does not allow you to control the exact
amount of text which fits on a page (besides putting
the text in fixed-height table cells), this could be
tricky to set up. However, one approach is the
following: See if you can make use of the "A partial
table of contents" section in the article at
