Repeating row and column headers for pivot tables?

Hi Folks,

In the PC version of Excel there are two pivot table options - repeat item
labels on each printed page and Set print titles. These are particularly
useful for large pivot tables because they cause all labels to be displayed
on each of the relivant pages. These are not the same as the Page Setup
command Rows to repeat at top and Columns to repeat at left. Is there a way
to do this on the Mac?
