Repeating rows

I want to repeat several non sequential rows at the top of each page. Going
under page setup, and then rows to repeat at top seems to only allow for
sequential rows. Any info on how I could repeat rows at the top that are
non sequential. For example rows 2 and 8. Thanks in advance.
