I use Repeating Sections frequently, and within the section I have required
fields... however I'd like to say that the RepeatingSection doesn't have
*any* records UNTIL the user clicks 'add item'.
I realize I can wrap the RepeatingSection into an OptionalSection, but that
seems like a lot of clicks.
I think from a larger perspective, there should be an option to define the
Default, Min, and Max number of records. This way you could require 3 items
(surveys with 'top 3', etc) and no more than 10, etc.
