Repeating shared borders and body tags

In FP 2003, my shared borders are repeating (tiling) in the main body of my
page. I looked at the code and it looks as though extra body tags have been
inserted. This happens while I am modifying the pages in FP. I tried to
remove the extra body tags, but that just removes all of the main body of the
page, leaving just the shared borders. Fortunately, I have a good copy of my
site published to the site server already, so I just have to download it into
FP and try again.
I am downloading the service pack, but will this help?
One note, this may have begun when I placed tables in the border areas.

There are some bugs in FP & in the FP2002 SE related to shared borders & include pages
so make sure you (and your host) see & apply all appropriate patches from:

I tried the update, and it didn't solve the problem. I converted to DWT.
