Repeating table field propagation through external trigger

Hi,
I've been looking for a way to load a list of values from the
database in a text field column of a repeating table. It works, but to my
surprise I only get one value in my list. Any ideas what I am missing ? I
have a drop down for which I have created a rule that should load the
different values for the table.

Any suggestions how this can be done ? I want to make the multi
select list box as suggested on the Infopath team blog get his data from a
database.

Hi Marc,

Try this:

- Create a new, blank InfoPath solution
- Add a data connection (Receive) to your table/database
- Display the Data Source Task Pane and choose your secondary data source
from the drop-down box
- Drill down through the data fields and drag your table to the form - when
prompted, choose Repeating Table
- Preview the form...what is the result? Are you seeing multiple records in
the table?
