I have several Dell OptiPlex 200 PCs, running Windows
2000 Professional, that have a problem launching HELP
from MS Office applications. Each time a 'user' tries to
open HELP, the installer starts to run and will loop
continuously.
We have tried reinstalling Office XP Professional,
reimaging the PCs using Symantec Ghost, reimaging from
CD, updating BIOS settings without success. The GHOST
image will run successfully on other systems (Dell
Dimension 4100, 4300, 4400, 4500, 4600), but not the
OPTIPLEX 200.
Any ideas?
