Replace a character with a newline chr(10)

I am trying to replace ";" with a new line, but the
replace field won't evaluate the character chr(10) before
replacing.
Can the find/replace be used to replace with special
characters or must I do it from code?

Hold down the alt key while typing 010 on the numpad
in the replace box

Oops - Forgot the 'Hold down ALT' bit whilst you do that - Peo caught it though, so you'd have got
there.
