replace contents of the destination cells

Hi,

I'am not sure where to place this problem but this is the situation

I'am working in a W2k environment with different sites across the
world.
All users are working with Office 2000 SR1
A user posts an excell file on a share. People are connecting to this
share to get access to the file. All countries can access and open
file except 1 country.
If they open the file they receive 2 errors, first they receive the
message "Do you want to replace the contents of the destination cells"
for about 10 times. Once you have clicked ok or no on the message,
then you receive the message "PivotTable cannot overlap another
PivotTable" for about 15 times.

I have tried the following:
- replaced the file
- placed the file on different share
- checked version of the Excell
- send the file threw mail
- clicked ok or no on message boxes, saved file and reopened it (no
luck)

I don't know excactly what could cause this problem.

Could somebody give me some help please as I don't know much of
Excell.
