Replace/Delete Dictionary English (US)

Does anybody know how to replace/delete a dictionary in MS Word? I use
English (UK), German and Dutch so automatic language detection should stay
active.

In LaTeX it is possible to delete a dictionary and insert new ones to the
root.

It is not possible to delete the US dictionary and retain the UK one.
Automatic language detection is more trouble than it is worth. Turn it off
and set the language in your style descriptions.
