replace/delete incorrect Managed Period

We are moving from non-managed to managed periods and in our first attempt at
changing over we set the MANAGED PERIOD to a full year (Jan1 to Dec31). We
now want to change that from a full year cycle to a 2 week cycle however I do
not see a method of deleting/replacing the current full year periord, I tried
to close then add in the weekly cycle but the system complains about
non-sequential periods etc.

Is there another method of deleting this 1 year cycle? Until then we have
had to move back to non-managed but this issue needs to be resolved if
possible.
