Replace formulas with values

Is there an easy way to copy a worksheet where all formulas are replace with
the resulting values?

copy, paste special, values finish!!
this what you mean?

yes,

rightclick on the tab of your worksheet and choose "move or copy"
then click on the selection box "create a copy"
press CTRL+A to select all data
and then copy and paste special - values
