Replace Function

The creplace function seems to work great on a string
field < 255, is there any way to perform a Replace on a
recordset field >255 bytes ie a MEMO field?

Any help would be appreciarted

When I did the replace it wasn't working on a large
field, I still can't explain why it wan't working ...
when I explicitly specified the 3,4 and 5 parameters it
doesn't work .. when i use the defaults, it works????
will try further testing an will post an answer if I find
anything out

By "creplace" do you mean the builtin Replace function in Access 2000 and
greater? Or is this a custom function?
