Replace hyphens with dash

It only triggers when you type the space or punctuation after the second
word. E.g., you type
Word--word [autocorrect triggers here]

Or you can add an AutoCorrect entry to convert 2 hyphens into a dash
immediately.

This feature is quite unintuitive in more ways than one. Here's how it
works:

1. One or two hyphens preceded and followed by spaces will be converted to
an en dash.

2. Two hyphens preceded and followed by text (no spaces) will be converted
to an em dash.

3. No other combination will work, and neither of these conversions happens
immediately. The AutoFormat does not fire until you have completed the word
following the hyphen(s) and inserted a space, a punctuation mark, or a
paragraph break (not a line break).
