"I need to replace an image that's part of a Microsoft Publisher 2003
publication with an image copied from an Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 PSD
document.
Currently I select & copy the image in Photoshop. Then in Publisher I select
the picture that I want it to replace. But when I "Paste Special", Publisher
does NOT replace the image. Instead, it just pastes the image on top of and
a little lower than the picture that I wanted to replace. Another problem is
that it the size of the pasted image does not match the size of the picture
I'm trying to replace.
When I do the same with an image that I copy from either Picture Manager or
from Paint, the picture is replaced and the new picture is resized to match
the replaced picture. I want to do the same with an image that I copy from
Photoshop.
So, how can I correctly REPLACE an image in Publisher with a copy of an
image from Photoshop?"
