Replace Resource

Is there an easy to replace a resource with someone else,
without disabling the ability to get back to the Gantt
chart?

I'd like to replace 'Jim' with 'John' and have all Jim's
tasks roll over to John. Is this possible?

Hi Jim,

Why should I e-mail you? Can't other people benefit from our discussion?
In a task view activate the assign resources window
Select teh tasks you want the replacement to work for (maybe just select the
whole sheet)
Click the first resources, replace, teh other one, ok.
