Replace style with same styles

Jerry

Here's the background. We use a desktop publishing program to create
manuals. Once the manuals are completed we export the files as RTF. When we
do this the RTF files retains the style from the DTP program and the
attributes. However, the attributes do no get applied until you reapply the
style.

Is there a way to iterate through a document and search for all the styles
in a document and then reapply those same styles? Keep in mine that some
documents may have difernet style so I cannot record a macro easy.

Any help is appreciated

Thanks

Jerry

You do not need a macro for that:

CTRL-A
CTRL-Q
Any arrow key (I prefer the right one to get to the beginning of the doc)

If you really want to do that with a macro:

ActiveDocument.Content.ParagraphFormat.Reset
