Replace text does not replace Physical Name

I have column RevisionNumber of type timestamp in my visio file. When I use
Edit > Replace and replace all RevisionNumber columns with Version replaces
in diagram but does not replace in Database properties, Coulmns Physical Name.
Is there a way to do a common replace like that?
