Replacement for Snapshot Viewer with Access 2007

There's been a firestorm at our site when our new computers with Office 2007
due to this Viewer being missing. I DO know that there is a version that
works with Access 2007 that can be downloaded and installed, but, wanted to
know what Microsoft's suggested replacement for this was, and, a link to that
statement so I can satisfy the questions about this.

I would assume XPS or even PDF creator programs?
