Replacement of Book binder under Office 2003

Does any one knows, what is the replacement, substitute
for "book binder" in office 2003?, is there a new product
that will do the same thing?.

There is no replacement for it.

You can still use a prior version of Binder - it was dropped after Office
2000 I think so using a copy of it from Office 2000 (if you have it) should
work. Personally, it was more trouble than it was worth.
