Replacement of Scratched Disks

S

Sam

Last week I received two complimentary disks, one for MS Office Professional
Edition 2003 and one for MS Office OneNote 2003. Unfortunately both disks
were significantly scratched on the bottom side. I phoned MS Supplemental
Parts (1-800-360-7561) and they were not knowledgeable/aware in how to
replace these disks. He suggested that I fax MS Supplemental Parts with
some basic information and they would check to see if anything could be
done. I should note that the return address on the mailer with the disks,
was from Microsoft Corporation, Redmond, WA, and there was not any phone
number in the two brochures that came in the mailer.

Has anyone encountered this problem, and if so, how where you able to obtain
the replacement disks. Thanks for any help, Sam.
