Replacement Office 2000 CD

G

Glen

Having problems loading my 25 user license Office 2000 CD
on a new XP machine. I think there is a corrupt or missing
file on it. How can I get a good copy from Microsoft?
Thanks.

Here in Japan, I phoned up Microsoft Japan in Tokyo and
was put through to someone that (once I explained the
problem, gave my password, and access card number, and
promised to send the damaged disk) send me a new disk for
about 1000 yen ($10).

I was such an idiot: I scratched my password on the back
of the discks themselves, only to realise that the back
of the disk is the tain of the CD where the data is
recorded.
