Replacing a narration on one slide in a presentation

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I have a 30 slide presentation that I have narrated. I need to replace the narration on just one of the slides not on the whole presentation. I could do this on 2004 power point but am having trouble on 2008 for MAC. Any help would be nice. Thanks.
