HOW DO I GET A NEW INSTALL CD. I HAVE MY SERIAL #. BUT I DAMAGED MY CD RECENTLY.

If you know someone with the identical version as yours, the easiest cheapest
way is to get them to burn you a copy. Nothing on any MS CD ties it to a
specific Product Key. If it's the same version, e.g. Office XP Pro Retail Full
Version your valid PK will work just fine with the copy. Or...you could pay MS
and wait 6 weeks.
