replacing existing site

I am having a great deal of trouble in trying to edit a website that has been
handed down to me.
I am looking to find out if it would be easy to just start a new one and
replace the old one with it when I am done....

What's the address of the 'hand-me-down' web site? Folks here can take a
look and provide their feedback to you on which way to go.
