replacing outlook today with a bulletin board

Hi

i've been given the task of figuring out how to replace the standard
outlook today screen with something where company news can be made
available to all staff.

we are using outlook 2000 can someone point me in the direction of
on-line or books that can assist me in this quest.

i did a search of the archives but all the links that i found didn't
work
