Replied/forwarded messages are not always saved in original folder

OL2007 on Vista with POP3/SMTP. Settings 'In folders other than Inbox, save
replies with original message', 'Save forwarded messages' and 'Save copies
of messages in Sent Items folder' are all on.

When I reply or forward the message in most cases sent message is saved in
original folder. However, in some cases it's saved in 'Sent Items' only -
that's not what I want. Can't find the reason, any idea how to fix that? By
the way, I have about additional 15 .pst files and always reply from one of
them - just keep nothing in Inbox of default .pst.
