Replied messages not coming through

XP Pro 5.1 Outlook 2002

Scenario - I send a message to someone, and they reply to it. When I open
the replied to message, all I see is the my original outgoing message. This
just started last week, and happens only sporadically. I've been using
Outlook for over 2 years.

Did your antivirus program load an update for itself last week?
