When I receive a reply to an email I sent to a particular company, the reply
part of the message does not appear in the email, only my original message.
This happens with everyone I email in this company. The sent date and time
are correct but the received date and time shows as the date and time of my
original message. Any imbedded graphics, such as signatures, in the reply
are attached as separate files. If the reply is copied to other people in
our company, they receive the message correctly. This only occurs with
replies from this one company, I receive other replies correctly. If the
message is forwarded to me by someone who also received the message, only my
original message is again received, even though the message was sent by a
different person altogether.
It would appear that the message is being sent correctly and something in my
computer is substituting my original message for the received message.
Any ideas on what is causing this would be appreciated as it is very
annoying not receiving the reply.
