I had the mistaken impression, I guess, that you had staff that looked at
questions and attempted to answer them. I'm frustrated that that hasn't been
the case, and I still cannot get the org chart wizard to work for me.

most of the support on the forums is volunteered by other users. the formal
support is via an 800 number and is fee based.

I've seen a couple of replies from M$oft employees (at least looks that way).
