Reply Account with multiple identities (but one mailbox)

hi,
outlook 2007. i've seen this question posted a lot, and the amount of
questions asked on this topic leads me to think there is room for a plugin
to enhance the way outlook handles replying to messages with different
accounts (if such a plugin doesn't exist already).

i have 2 accounts set up, one is my personal account. my work account is on
a different domain, and is a forwarding address into my personal mailbox.
so i only POP the 'personal' mailbox.
i understand that outlook replies via the account the message arrived in.
in my case, they all come in through my personal account, but some are
addressed to my work account. i would like the work emails to reply with
the work account, but this doesn't happen, understandably since it came
through the personal account.

it would be great if i could specify that emails addressed to a certain
account (referring to the email address, not the mail server etc) would
reply via the account of that address. also, i think the outlook contacts
list should provide for a default account when composing/replying. this
would be very convenient for me where i have say 10 work colleagues who i
only ever want to email from my work account. as it is i have to manually
select for most emails i send, which is tedious.

any ideas? thanks in advance.
tim
