Reply-All Keyboard shortcut

Recently, my Reply-to-all keyboard shortcut has stopped working.
(Ctrl+Shift+R).

The button still works. The Reply-to-sender (Ctrl+R) still works.

I am using Outlook 2007. Any advice on how to fix?

First, find another application where Control-Shift-R has a function and see
if it functions there. OE, for instance, if you're reading a newsgroup will
create a newsgroup post with the original posters SMTP address in the CC
field.

If it doesn't work there, then it's some application you have running that
is blocking the command, capturing it (or there's a plug in that is both in
OL and OE).

If it does work there, there's something that's recently been installed in
Outlook. Maybe a plug in, maybe a toolbar, that is capturing the keystroke.

Thanks. It appears to be something blocking it. That is because the same
ketystroke combination in Acrobat for rotate pages does not work either.

Is there a way to find out what programs are using that shortcut?

Honestly, I'm not aware of anything easy. Shut down everything except Adobe
(since it will only require a single window to be open). Start by turning
off any *NON* adobe toolbars in the application. Then, start with the
systray and shutting down/closing whatever is there, one by one, until the
keystroke starts to work.
