I have a user whose Outlook 2003 was working just fine. She could send,
receive, forward with no problems. Here in the last couple days, her
forwarded messages and replied messages are coming up as a dark blue
background and white text. Her default stationery is "Clear Day," a nice
light cloudy blue and she uses a dark rose font. Her mail is in HTML format
and she uses Word 2003 as her mail editor.
I have removed her stationery and checked her settings for forwarded and
replied mail. Nothing differs from my Outlook which works just fine.
How do I make her email stop replying/forwarding in unreadable colours? As
of yet, I have not found anything that works in the Outlook help files, but I
will continue to search.
