Reply and Foward arrows no longer show up

I have a user with Outlook 2007 SP 1, that when she goes to reply to or fwd
emails, the purple and blue arrows no longer show up.

any ideas? i have looked at her settings compared to mine, and nothing
jumps out at me.

she is sending from different mailboxes, but then again so am i.
