Reply Button In Message

Hi

I have set Outlook to group messages by conversation. This only works
if recipient replies to my message and doesn't send direct to my email
address. To encourage this, I would like if possible, to add a button/
icon to my signature that the recipient can click on to reply. I know
this button is already on Outlook toolbar, but recipients are not
always using it and conversation link is broken.

Are you saying that rather than reply to message, users are sending new
messages instead, even though its intended to be a reply? I don't think I've
ever seen that - many I know are too lazy to start a new message and add the
address so they hit Reply to an old one and remove the body and change the
subject.

You can't script that for two reasons - you'd need to send the code in the
message and outlook won't run it unless its published and it would only work
if everyone used outlook.
